CONSENT ORDER


UPON the Defendant filing Application No. CFI-012-2022/1 dated 31 May 2022 seeking to vary the Default Judgment of H.E. Justice Maha Al Mheiri dated 9 May 2022 (the “Application”)

AND UPON the agreement of the parties to vary the timelines for filing of evidence in answer and reply to the Application in terms of RDC 23.42

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Claimant may serve evidence in answer to the Application by no later than4pmon28 June 2022.

2. The Defendant may serve evidence in reply within 14 days from being served the Claimant’s evidence in answer.

3. The Claimant will refrain from taking any enforcement action in respect of the Default Judgment until after the Application has been determined.

4. Costs shall be costs in the case.
