AND UPON the Defendant’s Application No. CFI-064-2022/3 dated 12 January 2023 seeking an order to stay the proceedings pending the Court of Appeal’s judgment in CA-015-2022 (“CA-015-2022”) (the “Stay Application”)

AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Defendant at the hearing listed before me on 2 February 2023

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THATwithin 21 days following the publication of the decision of the Court of Appeal in CA-015-2022, the parties are to confer and provide the Court with either an agreed minute of directions as to the procedure to be followed thereafter in relation to the Jurisdiction Application and the Stay Application, or in default of agreement, minutes of the directions sought by each party with short submissions in support of those directions.
