CONSENT ORDER


UPON reading the letter from the Claimant’s solicitors

AND UPON the parties having agreed terms of a confidential settlement on 17 November 2023

AND UPON the Freezing Order of Justice Lord Angus Glennie dated 18 March 2022 granted against Axel Manes and extended by further Freezing Order dated 25 March 2022 (the “Freezing Orders”)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. All further proceedings in connection with this action be stayed upon the terms set out in the confidential Settlement Agreement between the parties dated 17 November 2023, the original of which has been kept by the Claimant's solicitors and a copy of which has been kept by the First Defendant's solicitors, except for the purpose of enforcing those terms.

2. Each party shall have permission to apply to the Court to enforce those terms without the need to bring a new claim.

3. The Freezing Orders against the First Defendant be discharged with immediate effect

4. There shall be no order as to costs.
